Here’s how the CEX Open Listing Exchange works:
- Click on "Sell Loans" if
you are interested in selling loans through the CEX Open Listing Exchange.
- Click on "Buy Loans" and
you will be directed to the CEX Open Listing Exchange Home Page.
- Here you will see the descriptions of loans that are available for
sale.
- If you are interested in one or more of the loan assets, click on
it and sign the electronic confidential agreement.
- Upon approval, you will be granted access to the due diligence
information including CEX formatted asset summaries, offering solicitation,
timeline, data tape, loan documents, bid form, and purchase &
sale agreement.
- Feel free to email us questions or speak directly with a CEX professional.
- Finally, complete the bid form and submit a “bid”.
It's our goal to inform bidders within 48 hours of a counter or bid acceptablilty.
